To our valued guests: We appreciate you reviewing your booking and confirmation email carefully. We would like to clarify our refund and rescheduling policy: Once purchased, tours cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or exchanged for any other date or time. We regret that the incorrect date was booked, and that both of our email confirmations were overlooked. In fact, bookings through our website can only be completed once these terms and conditions are agreed to. We do not reschedule or refund guests after their tour takes place. We pride ourselves in partnering with top restaurants, so once we commit to purchasing the food and beverages for your visit, we adhere to it. Unfortunately, it was only when we called you at the start of your tour that we were made aware that you had booked the incorrect date. We understand mistakes happen, and in order to be able to fix them, we send an email confirmation specifying the date booked along with a reminder email 2 days prior to your scheduled tour date. We regret that you accidentally booked the incorrect date. If he was nice and had a better attitude we would have rebooked, now he will be refunding all of our friend who booked the tour on the correct date, unless he doesn’t stand behind the full refund if done 24 hours in advance that is listed on the internet. Don’t accidentally book the wrong date or even better don’t book a tour with someone who is so money hungry that he wouldn’t offer any kind of refund for making a mistake. My husband and I own 2 businesses and We always try and understand that people make mistakes and would have been more accommodating than the “20% off the correct date” that he offered me. Also I guess you have to “drink whatever they want to serve you and they make your food and drinks hours before you receive” them according to him. Then continued to repeat that over and over and said “your food and drinks are already sitting on all these tables so there is nothing I can do.” I don’t believe that considering that it was the very start of the tour and we had 3 stops over a few hours. We accidentally booked the wrong date, (totally my fault) however it was a $350 purchase, when I told him that we made the mistake he then started with his rude attitude and told me in an aggressive tone I opened both of my emails (which I only opened one to span a pic of the reservation #) so it was confirmed. The man that owns this tour is a very unreasonable rude person.
